About CNY Travel

CNY Travel is a DBA of Michael Collins, operating as an independent travel agent affiliated with InteleTravel. CNY Travel assists clients with researching and arranging travel offered by independent suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, and travel-insurance providers.

Quotes, prices, and availability

Travel quotes are based on information available when prepared. Prices, promotions, taxes, fees, schedules, itineraries, room categories, and availability may change at any time until a supplier confirms the reservation and required payment is received.

A quote request or discussion with CNY Travel does not create a confirmed booking. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, destinations, accommodations, and other reservation details before authorizing payment.

Supplier terms and payments

Travel products are provided by independent suppliers and are subject to each supplier's own terms, conditions, payment deadlines, change rules, and cancellation policies. Those supplier terms become part of your travel arrangement when you book.

Payments for travel are generally processed by or for the applicable supplier. CNY Travel does not ask clients to send payment-card numbers, passport numbers, or government identification numbers through the website quote form or ordinary email.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Changes or cancellations may result in supplier penalties, nonrefundable charges, fare differences, or loss of promotional pricing. Refund eligibility and timing are controlled by the applicable supplier's terms. CNY Travel will provide reasonable assistance with eligible change, cancellation, or refund requests but cannot guarantee a particular outcome or processing time.

Traveler responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all traveler information is accurate and that every traveler has the documents required for the trip. Depending on the itinerary, these may include passports, visas, health records, parental consent documents, or other entry and transit documents.

You are also responsible for reviewing current destination requirements, travel advisories, health information, baggage rules, and check-in deadlines. Requirements can change, and final decisions about entry, boarding, or participation are made by government authorities and travel suppliers.

Travel insurance

Travel involves risks, including cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, lost baggage, and emergency medical expenses. Travel insurance may be available and is strongly recommended for many trips. Insurance products have exclusions, limitations, and deadlines. You are responsible for reviewing the policy and deciding whether its coverage meets your needs.

Accessibility, health, and special requests

Please disclose relevant accessibility needs, dietary requests, medical considerations, and mobility requirements before booking so appropriate requests can be made. Special requests are subject to supplier confirmation and cannot be guaranteed unless the supplier expressly confirms them.

Independent travel suppliers

CNY Travel does not own, operate, or control the independent suppliers that provide travel services. To the extent permitted by law, CNY Travel is not responsible for a supplier's acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, service failures, insolvency, or events outside CNY Travel's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
