- Research and recommend travel options;

How information may be shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with travel suppliers, service providers, or InteleTravel when reasonably necessary to research, arrange, or service travel you request.

Cloudflare services
CNY Travel uses Cloudflare for website security, traffic delivery, privacy-focused website analytics, email routing, and Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile evaluates technical signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated activity. It does not receive the contents you enter into the quote form.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated information about site traffic and performance. According to Cloudflare, its Web Analytics service does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
Email communications
Messages sent to CNY Travel may be processed through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail. Email should not be used to send highly sensitive information such as passport numbers, payment-card details, or government identification numbers.
Information retention and security
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide travel services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Adults submitting information about child travelers should provide only the information reasonably necessary to plan the requested trip.
